Tenancy Sustainment – What is it? Should there be a greater focus on it?
Share are delighted to be taking part in Scottish Housing Day on Wednesday, 18th of September by running a free, one hour, webinar on Tenancy Sustainment.
The webinar will look at how to define tenancy sustainment and how it is measured, as well as exploring what a landlord’s role is in helping tenants achieve tenancy sustainment.
There will also be an opportunity for group discussion around: Is tenancy sustainment important to meeting strategic objectives? Does it impact the housing crisis? Does the wider economic environment impact tenancy sustainment?
By attending the webinar, delegates will have a greater awareness and knowledge around tenancy sustainment, and what the causes of tenancy failure are. How to achieve or improve tenancy sustainment, and the impact of tenancy sustainment on value for money and achieving your strategic objectives.
Share are delighted to welcome Patricia Gallagher to host the webinar. Patricia has a housing career that has spanned over 30 years and is currently the Interim Director of a housing association. Prior to this Patricia was the director of a small, community-based, housing association in Glasgow for 17 years.
