Tenant survey reveals 97% would recommend Clan Gordon letting agent

The annual tenant survey carried out by Edinburgh-based letting agent Clan Gordon has revealed that 97% of its tenants would recommend the firm to others.
The letting agent said the result reaffirms its commitment to providing a service that places tenants’ needs first.

“Our survey revealed that 97% of respondents felt our team had knowledge of their property with over 80% saying they were either ‘Extremely aware’ or ‘Very aware’ of their property. This speaks to the personal attention we provide, making sure tenants feel secure and well-informed.”
