Tenants asked to help improve North Lanarkshire housing repairs service
North Lanarkshire Council tenants are being asked for their opinions on how to improve the local authority’s housing repairs service.
Everyone taking part will be entered into a monthly prize draw to win a £50 shopping voucher.
The short online survey gives people the chance to help shape how the repairs service is delivered and is open to all council tenants.
Des Murray, assistant chief executive of enterprise and housing resources, said: “We want to hear from people about their experiences when they have needed repair work done in their homes.
“Getting feedback from our tenants means we can continue improving our service and identify areas for investment.
“We have invested in staff training and new mobile technology including our NLC Local App which has led to big improvements in our repair turnaround times and we want to continue doing things better. Feedback from local people will help us do that.”
