Three years of These Homes Northeast Scotland
A platform that streamlines the process of finding properties for prospective tenants in the north east of Scotland has marked its first three years.
in 2021, Castlehill Housing Association, Hillcrest Homes and Sanctuary Scotland Housing Association joined forces to establish These Homes Northeast Scotland (NES).
The These Homes NES platform streamlines the process of finding properties for prospective tenants, offering them the flexibility to choose their property type and location. Registered users benefit from a seamless experience, receiving property alerts and the convenience of applying for homes across all advertised areas with a single registration.
Shirley Nicoll from Hillcrest Homes said: “We are pleased to celebrate three successful years. Together with our fellow NES landlords we remain committed to providing accessible housing options and simplifying the search process for those in the Northeast for many years to come.”
Nicola Shand, Castlehill’s These Homes allocations support officer, praised the simple online registration.
She said: “These homes is very easy to use, it simplifies the application process for prospective tenants and shows the three landlords’ available properties in one place.”
Tamara Forgie-Watt, housing manager with Sanctuary Housing, added: “We are delighted to celebrate three successful years of partnership working. We remain committed, together with our fellow NES landlords, to provide accessible housing options. Offering easy access for applicants, or others supporting applicants, to apply for homes in the area of their choice.”
Prospective Tenants can register for These Homes NES here and can apply for properties immediately after their registration is approved.
