TIS has appointed Julie Gonzalez-Bradley as the new outreach officer in its North Lanarkshire Project, providing development support to local tenants and residents groups.

Julie has joined TIS from a housing and community development background, which provided her with an in-depth knowledge of the issues faced by tenants and residents in Scotland.

As the outreach officer for the North Lanarkshire Project her main responsibility lies in assisting and empowering new and existing community groups to influence change in their communities.

Julie said: “I am very much looking forward to joining the team and getting out and about around North Lanarkshire, meeting the tenants and residents and starting my new role.”
