TPAS Scotland announces National Good Practice Awards 2025

TPAS Scotland has announced the categories for its 2025 National Good Practice Awards.
The annual awards celebrate outstanding achievements in tenant participation by individual tenants, tenant groups and social landlords.
The awards will be held on 20 June at the Golden Jubilee Hotel, Clydebank, as part of the programme for TPAS Scotland’s three-day annual conference. Taking place from 20–22 June, the event will also see the organisation celebrating a significant milestone – its 45th anniversary. This year’s National Good Practice Awards will be announced during a celebratory dinner and be presented to winners by comedian Fred MacAulay.
There are 10 award categories, and they are free to enter. The categories are as follows:
- Community involvement award
- Youth involvement award
- Good practice in communicating with tenants and residents award
- Community environmental award
- Good practice in involving tenants in a current issue award
- Good practice in widening participation
- Good practice in involving tenants to shape and improve services award
- Tenant of the year – the Alan Ferguson Award
- Tenant voice award
- Tenant group of the year award
Jaqueline Norwood, TPAS Scotland executive director, said: “Across Scotland, there is excellent tenant participation work being done by tenants, tenant groups and social landlords, and our National Good Practice Awards are a chance to recognise this.
