Triple Value Impact appoints Dave Loudon to lead Housing Digital Blueprint

Triple Value Impact has appointed Dave Loudon to lead its Housing Digital Blueprint.
Dave Loudon has been one of the sectors leading advocates and consultants in the application of digital solutions and technology to the social housing sector over the last 20 years.
After a period as head of corporate services for a registered provider, he founded two digital consultancies, is a regular columnist in housing technology magazines, keynote speaker and participant in many events and is a regular judge in leading technology awards events. He is also a board member of a landlord firm in Edinburgh.
He now joins Triple Value Impact in a new and exciting role.
Tim Pitts, co-founder of Triple Value Impact, said: “We are very lucky to have such a well-known and accomplished expert in technology and its application in social housing. Dave has worked with over a hundred landlords to advise on tech adoption and strategy and this wealth of experience aligns perfectly to one of our values, and that is experience.
“Building on the success of our Local Government Digital Blueprint, Dave will lead in bringing this success story to the social housing sector.”
Co-founder Sean Grimes added: “It is important to us that we bring true innovation to the sector and Dave is certainly a leader in his field of ensuring technology and digital solutions play a significant part in improving the operations of landlords, but as he will tell you himself, only if it improves the lives of tenants.”
Dave Loudon commented: “With twenty years in the sector I thought I had seen it all. I was wrong. When I witnessed the local authority Digital Blueprint in detail, I was astounded in its ability to rapidly deliver digital change and to realise efficiencies with significant cost reductions in overheads I was sold.
“I am delighted to bring this to the social housing sector and truly believe it is a step change in ensuring our sector sees the most effective adoption of the latest tech that will benefit the landlord and the tenant greatly.”
