The aim of the video is “to make staff as confident as possible when delivering the plans, to ensure it has the most positive effect it can, for all of our tenants” and Trust reports that it has received “very positive” feedback from staff.

Describing the video, a spokesperson said: “It has hints, tips and examples to help our staff to deliver their personal plans to tenants. It features our own staff member and tenant as they work through a personal plan and give specific examples of how the plan has helped to improve tenants’ lives.”

The internal training video is part of the housing association’s efforts to “always strive to communicate with our staff in the most engaging and effective way”.
