The shortlisting in the ‘Excellence in the Third Sector’ category follows Trust achieving the prestigious Gold status from Investors in People, the organisation’s highest accreditation.

Head of human resources, Joyce Laing, said: “To be a finalist for this award reinforces our forward thinking culture and our commitment to investing in our people. With only four weeks until the awards ceremony in London, we are excited and proud to be representing Trust at such a prestigious event.

“We have been asked to be ready to receive an anniversary trophy and certificate for over fifteen years of continuous accreditation as an Investors in People organisation – but of course we are hopeful we will be called up to the stage more than once.”
