The properties are available to those over the age of 50.

The open day from 1.30pm to 6.30pm is for potential tenants and their families, older people’s organisations, local government agencies and the local community. The aim is to showcase the homes for rent and to ensure these groups have all the information they need about living with Trust.

On the day there will be furnished flats on show and the chance to meet tenants and staff with tea and coffee and a free raffle.

The day will give guests the opportunity to find out more about the nomination and application processes, have a tour of the development and get the chance to speak to experts, honestly and openly, about the benefits of living with Trust.

Trust provides preventative care and support that is flexible and tailored to the needs of the individual which allows tenants to maintain their independence and have an enhanced quality of life, as well as providing peace of mind for tenants’ families.
