Trust to hold open day at Callander development
Trust Housing Association is holding an open day on Tuesday 9th June, from 10am to 6pm, at its Callander development.
Set in the heart of Callander, the properties are designed with the over 60’s in mind. There is a shared dining room and conservatory, beautiful gardens and gazebo. With a staff presence Monday to Friday, for peace of mind.
On the day there will be a fully furnished flat on show and the chance to meet tenants and staff. With tea and coffee and a free raffle to win some high street vouchers.
The open day is for potential tenants and their families, older people’s organisations, local government agencies and the local community. The aim is to showcase the homes for rent and to ensure these groups have all the information they need about living with Trust.
The day will give guests the opportunity to talk to Trust and find out more about the nomination and application processes, have a tour of the development and get the chance to speak to experts, honestly and openly, about the benefits of living with Trust.
Trust provides preventative care and support that is flexible and tailored to the needs of the individual which allows tenants to maintain their independence and have an enhanced quality of life, as well as providing peace of mind for tenants’ families.
Trust properties are only available to people over the age of 60.
