Vacant Paisley site earmarked for 49 new homes
Plans have been submitted for 49 new homes in Paisley.
O’DonnellBrown Architects is working with Ediston Homes to deliver the new properties on a vacant brownfield site off Neilston Road. The development comprises 12 two-bed flats and a mix of two-storey houses and townhouses.
The project is being developed in collaboration with Rankin Fraser and Quattro Consult.
O’DonnellBrown said of the project: “A Streets for People approach has been applied to the design and a new area of central green space creates a valuable amenity and recreation space of the residents. The green space is designed to have a village green quality with areas of open grass for flexible use, feature tree planting, and path network to connect with the wider streetscape.”
A start on site is expected to be made in summer 2021.
