The 20th Annual General Meeting of Berwickshire Housing Association (BHA) took place at its head office in Duns last week and proved to be a great success.

The event was well attended by members and tenants who heard from the chief executive, Helen Forsyth and one of its trustees, Andrew Watson.

During the meeting BHA launched its very first Value for Money report “Every Penny Spent”, which gives an overview to how BHA tenants’ rent money is spent and how BHA compares on Value for Money against other rural housing associations.

For the first time BHA will be sending the report electronically to tenants with email.
