Veterans Housing Scotland CEO appointed fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management
Kevin Gray, chief executive of Veterans Housing Scotland (VHS), has become a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management.
The Fellowship award is aimed at highly experienced leaders and managers who wish to share their knowledge to support the community.
Kevin Gray said: “Working with the ILM has helped me further develop my own leadership skills. There is no doubt that we are living in challenging times. Looking ahead, I hope that these new skills will prove helpful to the wider team at Veterans Housing Scotland.”
Bob Kemp, chairman of VHS, added: “We are all very proud that Kevin has been admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management.
“As a former soldier and holder of the prestigious Military Medal for bravery in the field, he has been involved with Scottish Veterans’ Garden City Association, now Veterans’ Housing Scotland, since 2013. Kevin has applied his not inconsiderable leadership and management skills to great effect in restructuring our Charity and he well deserves to be formally recognised as a Fellow of the Institute.”
