Video: Share launches newly upgraded e-Learning platform
The Share team have been working hard over the past few months to launch their newly upgraded e-Learning platform.
The new system is a tool that will help learners and organisation administrators create and organise e-Learning content, as well as assign courses to individuals, track their progress and performance, and provide valuable feedback and support.
There are hundreds of courses available on topics such as housing management, property management, letting, health and safety, leadership and management and many more.
The system also allows learners to track their own CPD required for their roles or awarding bodies that they are members of.
It motivates learners by providing access in a variety of learning formats such as video, quizzes, simulations and gamification. It also comes with a downloadable app where you can test your knowledge on the go!
The system will be a massive asset to organisations as it will increase the skillset of employees, along with motivating employees to take control of their own personal development and career. It will also allow organisations to track compliance ensuring that staff are learning the skills they require to carry out their role safely and securely.
