West of Scotland Housing Association celebrates National Customer Service Week
West of Scotland Housing Association (WSHA) is committed to delivering a first-class service to its tenants and customers and will be celebrating National Customer Service week in a number of ways.
Starting today, the Association has a week of themed activities including inviting tenants to see behind the scenes of their offices and giving new tenants a welcome gift.
The Association will also launch their TED cards - a new way for customers to give feedback. The cards encourage tenants to tell, explain and describe their experience of WSHA which will then be used to improve services.
Customer feedback and satisfaction is integral to WSHA and there a number of ways tenants shape service delivery and improvements including a Tenants Advisory Group and Tenants Scrutiny Panel. Tenants also lead neighbourhood inspection visits as part of the ‘Rate your Estate’ programme to give feedback to the Association on any areas of improvement required for developments.
Join in the celebrations on Facebook (WSHAScotland) or Twitter (@WSHAScotland) and find out more how WSHA delivers excellent customer service to over 3000 tenants across the West of Scotland.
