“This appointment feels like the perfect fit for me in terms of the direction and priorities of WSHA in the coming years and the experience and knowledge I can bring to help them get there. I am very much looking forward to meeting all the Board and my new colleagues and can’t wait to get started.”
Ruth Simpson, chair of West of Scotland Housing Association, added: “It is clear Brian has an exceptional amount of experience and following a rigorous recruitment process, was a standout candidate for the role. WSHA staff were asked to give their views on what values and experience our new chief executive should possess and Brian embodies these perfectly.
“Everyone at WSHA is looking forward to working with Brian to deliver our Corporate Plan over the coming years and continue to put tenants at the heart of service delivery.”
