West Whitlawburn Housing Co-operative welcomes new director
West Whitlawburn Housing Co-operative has unveiled Grant Clayton as its new director following the retirement of Stephanie Marshall.
After the co-operative took forward a rigorous recruitment exercise, the panel were impressed by the quality of candidates that were interested in this position.
Further to this the panel made a unanimous decision to appoint Grant Clayton to the post. Throughout the process, Grant demonstrated that he had the necessary skills, abilities, and vision to ensure the co-operative continues to deliver a high-quality service to tenants. Grant was delighted to accept the offer.
Grant has worked in a range of technical roles in the housing sector before joining West Whitlawburn Housing Co-operative in 2015. Most recently Grant has been deputy director in the co-operative. Grant brings this experience with him along with the ability to lead and develop the team to continue delivering excellent customer services.
Grant said: “I am delighted to have the opportunity to take on the lead role at West Whitlawburn Housing Co-operative. I am looking forward to working alongside the committee and staff to ensure the continued success of the co-operative. It is a great place to work, and we will keep it this way for the future.”
