Work starts on Paisley Housing Association bathroom upgrade
CCG Asset Management, the planned maintenance division for CCG (Scotland) Ltd, is to carry out kitchen and bathroom replacements in around 88 properties for Paisley Housing Association.
The contract was procured through the i-FLAIR Property Maintenance Framework, a 4-year agreement between housing associations in the areas of East Renfrewshire, Inverclyde and Renfrewshire.
CCG Asset Management has performed over 600 kitchen and bathroom installations throughout Scotland in the last year alone.
CCG Asset Management manager, Stephen Riley, said: “Operating on the i-FLAIR Property Maintenance Framework means that clients such as Paisley Housing are offered a direct route to procuring a quality contractor for best value and that is certainly epitomized by CCG Asset Management.
“When undertaking such contracts, our team want to ensure that the process is as streamlined as possible for residents, especially for those who have specific needs. We have carried out extensive surveys to each property and scheduled all installations to suit both the Association and the tenants.”
Technical manager, Elaine Thomson, said: “We are pleased at the positive tenant feedback already on the quality of the new bathrooms.”
