Work starts on final phase of South Glasgow development
Work has started on the fourth and final phase of Cruden Homes’ King’s View development in Toryglen.
Located adjacent to one of Glasgow’s Transformational Regeneration Areas, Clyde Gateway, this phase will deliver 56 homes, further supporting the area’s large-scale regeneration efforts.
The new homes, situated on Prospecthill Road, follow several highly successful phases of Cruden’s development in the area. The phase will offer a range of stylish two- and three-bedroom terraced and semi-detached houses, each with a private garden. Built to the Glasgow Gold Standard, the homes will incorporate energy-efficient technologies such as solar PV panels and air-source heat pumps.
Hazel Davies, sales and marketing director of Cruden Homes, said: “King’s View is a vibrant and growing development with so many first-class amenities to choose from, making it the perfect setting for new homeowners. Our latest phase of homes presents a fantastic opportunity for those looking to join a growing, inclusive community, surrounded by ample green space and first-class local services.
“Cruden Homes has already delivered three very successful phases of private homes at King’s View, creating a thriving community for families, downsizers, and individuals of all ages. The feedback from homebuyers has been incredible, with previous phases selling out far ahead of schedule. As this will be the fourth and final phase available, I would encourage prospective buyers to register their interest well ahead of the anticipated sales launch in Spring to avoid missing out on their dream home at this award-winning development.”
