Workforce in Scotland survey: who are working on the frontline of homelessness?

Homeless Action Scotland is conducting a survey to find out more about the workforce providing services to people experiencing homelessness.
As the pressures and expectations involved in providing services to people experiencing homelessness increase, the charity wants to know more about the profile, skills and attitudes of workers so it can be better informed about the needs of the workforce and better able to identify areas of development and of strength.
The survey itself comprises of 55 questions, and it is estimated that it will take 15-20 minutes to complete.
