Jamie Irvine has been appointed as Linstone Housing Association's new chair. Mr Irvine currently holds the position of regional head of development (north) for Home Group.

Partnership housing developer Lovell Homes has set its sights on future growth with the appointment of Clark Crosbie as land manager. With over 30 years in the land and property development industry, including 10 years in the residential sector, Lovell said Mr Crosbie was an obvious choice.

Jim McDevitt has been appointed as the new convener of the board of trustees at Berwickshire Housing Association (BHA). He takes over from Lorraine Tait who has decided to stand down after three years on the board and serving as convener from September 2017.

The Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) has announced that Jo Richardson has won the election for vice-president of the organisation. Jo Richardson won with 52.1% of the delegate's votes, with her opponent Jim Ripley receiving 47.9% of the vote.

Sanctuary Group has announced that two Andrew Manning-Cox and Arvinda Gohil have been appointed to its group board. Andrew Manning-Cox, who was co-opted to the board last year, has been appointed as the new group chair, while Arvinda Gohil joins as a non-executive member.
