Meeting and minute protocols – creating a policy and template – SHARE

Who is it for and what is it about?

This course is aimed at staff with some responsibility for improving the meeting cycle, in organisations who would like to standardise approaches to all parts of the meeting process, including meeting papers and minutes

Ideally staff attending should have an understanding of how their meeting cycle currently works, some experience of attending and taking minutes, and the ability to make recommendations back to the organisation. There will be a pre-course questionnaire to tailor the session to those attending

It will be practical, in that it will explore why a policy/protocol is beneficial and attendees will leave with the beginnings of a template for further development

It will also consider any impact of changes introduced by the HR this year
