The importance of digital inclusion in your area - SHARE

Who’s it for and what’s it about

The sudden onset of lockdown last year meant your organisation had to switch to remote service provision at incredible pace. A large part of this may have been widening your online communication with your tenants. However issues around digital inclusion, and ability or lack of for some of your tenants to move online, is a major issue that must be addressed as some service provision is unlikely to revert back to the pre-lockdown ways.

This course will help Committee/Board members to understand the challenges to reaching their tenants online, the reasons why some of their tenants will never move online and how they can scrutinise and ensure their digital inclusion policies and strategies are fit for their organisations needs.
