The Social Housing Safety Network Scotland are delighted to bring you this interactive and informative event which will see network co-founder and asbestos specialist Matt Dawes spending a whole day talking about the key topic of asbestos management.
We’ve put together a great programme for you with plenty of opportunity for discussion and we invite attendees to submit any questions they have ahead of the day or bring the questions with them, so that we can generate discussion and share practice and ideas amongst the group.
This event is open to both members and non-members of the Network (with a discounted rate for members).

• An overview of the legislative requirements for social landlords when managing asbestos
• Asbestos survey and re-inspections
• The asbestos register
• The asbestos management plan (AMP).
All sessions will include time for Q&A and the day will round off with an ‘open forum’.
