Engaging tenants to improve service delivery

Who’s it for and what’s it about?

This course will outline the obligation, through the Charter, the Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR) and the Scottish Government, on your organisation to engage with your customers. 

Delegates will be invited to discuss what their organisations are doing, what is working in the wider sector, what are the challenges in tenant engagement and how these are being tackled, and what impact digitalisation is having on how we connect with customers.
