Engaging young people - match creativity with creativity, skills for skill and lets all learn

Who’s it for and what’s it about?

This training course is aimed for both staff and governing body members to leave with a better understanding of the challenges that face us all when engaging young people.

Included in this session you will have access to:

    • A fast paced, energetic interactive learning experience.
    • Sample project and work plans that can be delivered to young people.
    • Links to best practice across the UK, USA and Canada.
    • Ongoing mentoring from a Youth Engagement Specialist.

This training is aimed for both staff and governing body members who would like to be able to get the benefit of opinions and ideas from the younger generation. Are organisations too rigid in the way they expect engagement in the form of attending regular meetings?
