This half-day information filled training session is aimed at colleagues operating within the social housing sector at any level, including customer contact staff, maintenance and property colleagues and anyone who requires a good level of non-technical awareness training.
Covering all aspects from the hazards and risks associated with gas burning appliances, legislation including Gas Safe registration and access requirements, this session provides sufficient information to give colleagues the confidence to identify and act upon situations that they may encounter when talking to tenants on the telephone or visiting customers in their home.
