This HABC accredited qualification has been designed to prepare delegates for understanding the health risks associated with legionella bacteria within hot and cold water systems and is aimed at individuals who work in environments where legionella growth is a risk.
It aims to raise awareness in how to prevent waterborne disease caused by legionella bacteria, however, our course looks specifically at the risks associated with hot and cold water systems with real examples from the social housing sector.
Assessment
This qualification is assessed by learner workbook which requires learners to provide a short response to prescribed questions within a workbook set by Highfield Qualifications. Successful learners will have to demonstrate knowledge and understanding across the breadth of the qualification syllabus.
