The specialists at Housing H&S Compliance UK Ltd used their first-hand experience and knowledge to develop this bespoke version of the ever-popular IOSH training course, tailored specifically for those operating in the social housing sector. We have been licensed by IOSH and have been delivering courses virtually and face to face consistently over the last three years or so.
The course is ‘jam packed’ full of information and will cover the importance of managing safely in the social housing sector, including assessing and controlling risk, an overview of the requirements of the law and what is required by an organisation to protect the safety of employees and other persons, including tenants and residents.
The training will provide an understanding of everyone’s safety and health responsibilities in the workplace and will enable managers and supervisors to recognise how they can influence, control and monitor risk to improve safety and health issues in the workplace.
