Managing Your Electrical Testing Programme and Understanding Documentation

This half-day information filled training session is aimed at colleagues operating within the social housing sector at any level, including customer contact staff, maintenance and property colleagues and anyone who requires a good level of non-technical awareness training.
Covering all aspects including landlord obligations in respect of electrical safety, particularly in domestic premises, the most up-to-date Regulations and Standards including smoke and heat detection systems, along with an overview of common issues in electrical safety, this session provides sufficient information to give colleagues the confidence to identify and act upon situations that may arise as part of the electrical testing programme.
The session will also cover the key aspects that colleagues should be checking when they receive documentation and records from their electrical contractors, including EICR’s, EIC’s and MEIWC’s.
