Mentoring with Share: Helping to support future careers in housing

The team are excited to be running a mentoring information session next month which is an opportunity for colleagues across the sector to meet staff, network and talk about the importance of mentoring within social housing and we are delighted to be working alongside Adele Fraser and Glasgow West of Scotland Forum as they also have a successful mentoring programme.

Through Share’s Young Housing Professionals Network, it has become apparent that this would be seen as a valuable support, but it would also be great for existing staff and Committee/Board members, giving participants the opportunity to speak to mentors who have key experiences.
