Share are dedicated to recognising the achievements and real heroes within Scotland’s housing sector

The inaugural Share Awards are designed to honour Scotland’s housing sector, recognising the dedicated professionals and volunteers who contribute their expertise and time to our communities.

Acknowledging both individuals and teams who make a significant impact within their organisations, those who are driving positive change and improving housing services. The awards provide a platform to honour those who go above and beyond, showcasing their contributions to the sector.

Whether through learning and development, leadership, or exceptional service, the winners will be recognised for their pivotal role in shaping a better future for tenants and residents.

The deadline for applications is Friday, 28 February 2025 so now is the time to consider which categories best suit your achievements and begin preparing your entries.

A shortlist will be announced no later than 14th March 2025, and winners announced at the grand award ceremony Thursday 24th April 2025 – Hilton Glasgow.

• Application Guidelines
• Written Applications: Limited to 750 words.
• Links to Audio/Video: Must not exceed 2 minutes in duration.
• Photographs: Up to 6 good quality jpgs (2mb Max each).
• All the above can be used for one application

Application Guidelines for the Share Awards 2025

To ensure your application is successful, please follow these guidelines:

    • Specify the Award: Clearly state the award you are applying for, even if submitting on behalf of someone else.
    • Provide Your Details: Include your full name, organisation, and contact information.
    • Multiple Applications: Organisations or individuals may apply for more than one award but must submit a separate application for each.
    • Language: Applications must be submitted in English.
    • Conciseness: Keep entries clear and concise.
    • Criteria Compliance: Ensure the information in your application fully addresses the award criteria.
    • Avoid Acronyms: Spell out all terms to avoid confusion.
    • Judging Process: Applications will be judged solely on the information provided. No additional correspondence or clarifications will be accepted.
    • No Links: Do not include additional links or attachments in your application.

Recognition for Winners 

Winners will be honoured at a prestigious gala black-tie dinner on the awards night. Each winner will receive:

    • A trophy to commemorate their achievement.
    • A digital award for use on websites or email signatures.
    • Recognition across all Share media channels to celebrate and showcase their success.
