Share welcome all Young Housing Professionals to attend this exciting event. The Young Housing Professionals’ Network was set up by Share in 2023 and is designed for anyone who has been working within the sector for less than 10 years to meet and network with like-minded people. This conference has been created to build upon the work of the network.

The event is designed to inspire and empower our Young Housing Professionals to continue their personal development and grow their careers in Housing. It will be a chance to hear from different speakers, some of which are familiar faces within the sector who will join us to highlight the importance of passing their invaluable knowledge and skills onto others, and the significance of mentorship. Overall, this event is a great opportunity for our Young Housing Professionals to feel confident about their role in the future of the sector we are all passionate about.
