£33,375 - £36,648 per annum

Reporting to the Housing Manager you will lead and coordinate contract administration and clerk or work duties relating to grounds maintenance, stair lighting and close cleaning activities.

The successful candidate will be a motivated team player who can also work alone to join our established team in this new role of Estates Officer. The successful candidate will be out and about carrying out a variety of tasks that will help to keep our estates at a high standard including the management of our open spaces and communal areas.

You will need the ability to be able to manage a diverse workload, have good planning skills, have experience in issuing tender documents, contract administration, clerk of works type activities and great customer service skills.
