Link is seeking a Factoring Supervisor (£35,645 to £45,153) to line manage a Falkirk based team and develop services to homeowners across the central belt.

The Factoring Supervisor will report to the Factoring Co-ordinator and have responsibility for line managing staff and developing and implementing procedures and performance plans.
The successful candidate will have experience within factoring, repairs or housing management, an understanding of factoring legislation and leadership experience.
You will have strong communication, time management and organisational skills, an ability to motivate a team and to support officers with homeowner meetings and consultations.
You will collaborate with repairs and asset services to ensure landscaping and close cleaning contracts are well managed to deliver high quality services.
You will produce performance reports and identify improvements needed to improve customer satisfaction and reduce arrears.
