(17 ½ hours per week, Monday to Friday)
Salary - EVH Grade 7
(£33,642 – £36,941 pro rata)

We are a community-controlled housing association providing quality affordable homes and related services for the people and communities of Shettleston, Greenfield, Springboig and Sandyhills.

You will have social housing management experience and a working knowledge of relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and good practice. You will ideally hold a housing qualification or be educated to degree level and have a desire to continue to learn and develop.

Working in our busy, multi-disciplinary, team you will be responsible for the delivery of customer-focused services to a “patch” of our rented homes including: lettings, tenant support, rent arrears prevention and recovery, neighbourhood management and tenant participation. You must be a team player, able to work effectively with a range of colleagues and external agencies to fulfil the Association’s objectives and meet the needs of service users and the community.
