Kingdom is one of the leading providers of housing and support in East Central Scotland. We are going through an exciting and transformational period of change through which we’re changing our culture and our people practices.
About the Role
Along with the rest of our HR team, you will play a key role in delivering key HR projects for the organisation and providing hands-on operational employee relations support to the managers across our businesses. This a rare chance to join an already innovative and forward-looking organisation where you can have a real impact, get involved in some very interesting projects and have the opportunity to really develop your professional practice.
To be successful in the role, you’ll need to be adept at project management and relationship management as well as having a solid generalist background. We’re looking for a Member of the CIPD and/or someone with a minimum of 3 years experience as an HR practitioner.
We are moving towards being a more business-oriented function so having worked in that type of organisation would be an advantage as would experience of designing and delivering training. You will need to have a driving licence and access to a car for business use.
You will be required to complete a satisfactory Basic Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
An attractive salary and benefits package including a contributory pension scheme and generous annual leave entitlement. We will consider flexible working options to support you to have a good work life balance.
