For 25 years, Weslo Housing Management has been providing social housing across West Lothian and Falkirk.  This is an exciting time to join our team as we undergo a period of significant change to ensure we continuously develop as a company to meet the needs of our customers. 

The Job

Weslo Housing Management is a Registered Social Landlord subject to regulations laid out by the Scottish Government relating to the standards required for the condition and management of properties. We are recruiting for a Maintenance Manager to lead, develop and support the repairs and maintenance team ensuring that our homes are well managed and maintained.

You will have:

  • Educated to tertiary level with a relevant Technical Qualification e.g. CIOB, RICS
  • Experience of effective budget management and business planning
  • Experience of successfully leading, managing and motivating repairs and maintenance teams, with at least 3 years’ experience at a management level.
  • Knowledge of current regulations and standards relating to health and safety, building construction and contract management.
