Maintenance Officer (Repairs and Maintenance)

EVH Grade 7 PA 22-25 (£33,642 - £36,941 per annum pro-rata)
Hours: 21 hours per week
Thenue Housing Association provides high quality housing with a stock base of just less than 3,000 properties in our six main communities and has 21 supported accommodation projects, mainly located in Glasgow. We provide a factoring service to over 600 owners within our communities.
The Community Housing Services Department is responsible for the Repairs and Maintenance functions of the association. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated person to join our team. Working with the Area Services and Repairs Manager, you would assist in delivering a first class repairs and maintenance service to our customers. The role also includes the provision of void management.
You will work with other members of the Repairs Team to ensure delivery of a first class service.
You will have a track record in repairs and maintenance, preferably in the social rented sector. Experience in providing Maintenance officer services for reactive and void repairs is essential.
You will have excellent communication and customer service skills as well as the ability to manage your own workload. A full, current driving licence is essential.
