Rural Stirling Housing Association is an ambitious, forward-thinking organisation, committed to providing quality, affordable homes to tenants throughout the north and west rural Stirling Council area, stretching from Tyndrum in the north to Strathblane and Killearn in the west and Doune in the south. A large part of our area of operation falls within the boundary of Loch Lomond & the Trossachs National Park and includes some of the most beautiful areas of Scotland.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Housing Services Officer (EVH Grade 6 PA 17:20 £34,745:£37,984) Permanent to join our team. The primary focus of the role is to deliver excellent performance results by supporting the Housing Services team with income generation activities including debt recovery from current and former tenant arrears, recharges and factoring debt. Supporting Housing Services Officers, you will be instinctively customer focused and have a “find a solution” attitude to ensure that our customers’ experience of service remains positive. You will understand the importance of customer engagement and working with partner agencies to achieve great outcomes. You will have a key role in ensuring the outcomes of the Scottish Social Housing Charter are met for our tenants.
