Board Member

At the Kingdom Group, our mission is to provide ‘More Than A Home’. Through Kingdom Housing Association, we offer affordable homes to meet diverse needs, while Kingdom Support & Care delivers a full range of services to help individuals live independently in their communities. Kingdom Initiatives, our non-charitable subsidiary, focuses on providing affordable mid-market rental homes and developing commercial projects.

We’re now recruiting to the Board of Kingdom Initiatives.

The Kingdom Initiatives Board currently has 7 Directors, but this will soon reduce to 6 as one Director steps up to join the Kingdom Housing Association Board of Management. 

We welcome applications from our Customers and anyone else who can bring fresh ideas and insights. You don’t need to be an expert – we’re open to a wide variety of skill sets. What matters most is your enthusiasm to help shape the future of our organisation.

Candidates will be able to commit to 4 meetings per year, normally held on a Tuesday between 10am and 12pm. Other participation and training opportunities will also be available throughout the year. 

Positions on our Board are voluntary, but travel and other reasonable expenses will be reimbursed. By joining our Board, you’ll play a key role in helping Kingdom shape its goals. You’ll also have the opportunity to build on your existing professional experience, develop new skills, expand your knowledge and grow your network.
