The Role

To help us achieve this, we’re looking to appoint a Business Transformation Manager to help shape and deliver a culture of continuous and ambitious improvement in relation to our people, processes and technology.

You’ll play a vital role, providing leadership to the Business Transformation Team and working closely with stakeholders to form and lead multi-disciplinary teams in developing creating solutions and delivering innovative change projects. It will be challenging and rewarding, fast paced and meaningful.

About You

An excellent leader and communicator with proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Advanced project management skills with a creative approach to problem solving.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with conflicting priorities.
Good knowledge and understanding of change management principles and standards.
Success in delivering a portfolio of business change initiatives within a complex environment.
