Chief Executive Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Oak Tree Housing Association (OTHA). After 31 years in post, our current Chief Executive is retiring. We are now recruiting for the next Chief Executive Officer who will lead the Association and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organisation.

Chief Executive Officer
Permanent, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
EVH Grade 10 SM26 £91,460 – SM28 £94,680 per annum

Reporting directly to the Management Committee, you will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, management, and financial sustainability of the organisation. You will work closely with the management team and staff, to instil a customer-focused and inclusive culture, ensuring the continuation of a high-quality service to our tenants.

You will be an experienced professional and natural leader, with current knowledge of the Scottish Housing Regulator’s statutory requirements and regulatory framework. You will have experience working closely with a governing body and understand the current challenges facing the sector and communities like Inverclyde. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to empower, motivate and inspire our management team, staff and committee.

Interviews: Interviews will take place on Monday 12th August 2024. If you are invited to a second interview, this will take place on Wednesday 14th August 2024.

Those selected for interview will also be asked to participate in a selection test beforehand which will be carried out remotely and will take approximately one hour. This will be carried out between the dates of 31 July and 7 August 2024.
