Salary: £24,143 - £29,508 
Contract:  Fixed-term to 31 March 2026
Hours: 35 hours per week 
Location: Edinburgh, hybrid working

About the role: 
This is a brilliant opportunity to join our Customer Advice Team at Harbour in one of two fixed-term posts.

You will provide front line customer advice to internal and external customers, with a shared responsibility for providing a reception service dealing with face-to-face enquiries.  

You will also be responsible for responding to enquiries received via a variety of other contact methods, including by phone, letter, email and social media.  In addition, you will provide administrative support related to customer advice and housing and repairs.

About you:
You must:

  • Have at least one year’s experience (delivering excellent customer service I gained within a customer services or housing related role
  • Have experience of using the full range of Microsoft Office packages as well as experience of using a core housing/customer services IT system
  • Be educated to Scottish Credit & Qualifications Framework Level 5 (SVQ2)
