Salary: £86,655 + car allowance

We are seeking a strategic leader to join us as Director of IT & Business Services. In this role, you will drive our IT strategy, cybersecurity, business services, and data management, ensuring technology serves our team and delivers meaningful impact to the people and communities we support.

In this role, you will drive our IT strategy, cybersecurity, business services, and data management, ensuring technology serves our team and delivers meaningful impact to the people and communities we support.
Your Role
- Develop and implement an IT strategy that aligns with our mission.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives that improve services for tenants and communities.
- Ensure robust cybersecurity and data protection, creating a trusted, secure environment.
- Manage IT vendors, infrastructure, and business services efficiently.
- Build and support a high-performing team that drives innovation and positive change.
What You Bring
- Experience in IT strategy, digital transformation, and cybersecurity.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and budget management.
- Desirable: housing sector IT knowledge and application.
