We are currently looking for a Factoring and Service Improvement Manager who will take a leading role in the design and implementation of change management across both Factoring and the wider Property Services directorate activities.
You will have significant and demonstrable management experience in factoring, property and / or commercial related sectors and experience of managing factoring operations or able to demonstrate a track record in managing a comparable team to achieve required outputs and have direct experience in bringing about more efficient processes utilising technology to enhance improvements to delivery and reporting.
The successful candidate must have a relevant degree or post graduate qualification or demonstrable commensurate experience.
A full driving licence is essential.
