The post of Housing Assistant (Private Sector) aims to provide administrative support in relation to landlord registration; licensing of houses in multiple (HMO) and short term lets (STL); adaptations and private sector housing grants.
The post will co-ordinate the provision of housing adaptations for existing Council tenants, private tenants and owner-occupiers. The post will assist with the compilation and provision of information necessary for the production of reports for financial and performance management and customer feedback.
