• Salary: EVH Grade 6: £33,409-£36,523
• Contract: Permanent
• Closing Date: 12 noon Monday 24 February 2025
• Hours: 35 per week, Monday to Friday

Based in Cumnock, Shire Housing Association manages 961 properties across East Ayrshire, and we are offering an opportunity to join our staff team as a Housing Assistant. The role provides a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with commitment, energy and ideas to develop and progress their career with the Association.
Working in our busy housing management team, you will be responsible for the delivery of customer-focused services to a “patch” of our homes with duties including allocations, estate management, tenancy support and tenant participation. You must be a strong team player, able to work effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders helping us deliver the Association’s Business Vision.
