Link Housing Limited is under consultation to TUPE transfer to Link Group Limited on 1 April 2025.

The Role
Housing Officer – Fixed Term until 31st October 2025 to cover maternity leave
Paisley 
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday – option for flexible/hybrid working 
Salary band HSB05
Salary: £38,597.00 - £43,814.00 per annum
Salary placing dependant on skills and experience

About You
As a Housing Officer you will be responsible for the delivery of quality housing, estate and property management services to customers living within the Paisley locality.

As a Housing Officer you will provide a personal, professional, effective, and responsive tenancy management service to our tenants, maintain rental income minimise rent debt, ensure tenancies and neighbourhoods are maintained to a good standard and manage letting activity through effective void management and allocations.

The postholder will have qualifications at Higher grade or SCQF level 6 or equivalent and have, or be willing to work towards, a professional housing qualification.  An understanding of current housing legislation and how it applies in relation to tenancy management is essential for this role.

This role is front facing, working in our estates, geographically spread across the Paisley locality.

Use and access to personal transport (including full UK driving licence) or access to equivalent transport that would still enable you to meet the specific role requirements to travel is essential for this role.

This role reports to the Paisley Locality Manager.
